Patient Information

Appointment scheduling

To make an appointment please call Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Please notify us of any change in your address, phone number or insurance information.

Cancellations should be given 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment we prefer to make that time available for someone else. A no show or late cancellation may incur a fee of $35.

Emergency Contact

If you have a problem that requires immediate attention, please call us as soon as possible. If the office is closed, you can reach the On-Call Physician by cell phone at 920-264-8569. We do ask that after hour calls be limited only to urgent issues. If you have an immediate emergency, you should go to one of the urgent care facilities or call 911.

Lab Results

We draw blood at our location. We send the samples to LabCorp Our turnaround time is 24 hours. Your laboratory results are reviewed by your doctor. If an abnormality is found, you will be contacted as soon as possible. For normal lab results, Dr Rosteing writes a letter and mails it the next day. It takes approximately two business days for the mail to arrive results. Labs need to be drawn before 2:30pm so that there is time for our runner to pick up the sample. You should fast for glucose and lipid panels. Fasting is defined as not eating for 12-18 hours. You may have black coffee or water.

Call in advance if you need special arrangements to send your lab specimen elsewhere.

In-house Labs

In-house we are able to do urinalysis to rule out urinary tract infections. For diabetic patients we can do finger sticks for glycosylated hemoglobins (HbA1c), and urine specimens for microabumen. We also can do an electrocardiogram (ECG) at our location.

Cash: Cash is king. If you do not have insurance, you can still pay in cash. Our fee for a 40 minute visit is $134.00 per visit. If you charge by credit card it will be $137.00, since they charge us an additional 3%. If you return for a focused visit, such as a blood pressure recheck, at my discretion it will be reduced to $50.00.

Insurance: Copays are typically displayed on your inurance card and usually run from $15 to $30 and should be paid at the time of your visit. We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercared, Discover and American Express.

Insurance claims are filed through our office. We ask that you bring your insurance and ID card with you on each visit in order to expedite billing. If you have a financial issue to discuss, the best time to call is on Tuesday or Thursday afternoon.

It is the patient's responsibilty to contact the insurance company to verify if Dr Rosteing or Wisconsin Diganostic Laboratiries is included in your network.

Dr Rosteing is not on the provider panel with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. He only takes Arise Standard plan. He no longer accepts Medicare without a supplemental plan, nor does he take Forward Health (Medicaid).
